Management that understands the work
Programme management must understand the work it controls. RRC's teams examine whether drawings are buildable, whether work fronts are ready, whether materials meet specification, whether method statements and inspection requirements are followed, whether deviations are corrected while work remains accessible, whether reported progress reflects physical reality, and whether billing corresponds to measured, verifiable work. This is the discipline that closes the gap between management information and site reality.
