13 · Credential integrity
Credibility is a delivery standard
RRC classifies every credential it presents: corporate (held by RRC), Delivery Alliance capacity, partner, personnel, JV or consortium, or the historical experience of the executing organisation. Each one is named to its holder and can be verified during prequalification.

Corporate
Credentials held directly by RRC.
Delivery Alliance
Capacity contributed by participating organisations.
Partner
Credentials held by a named partner firm.
Personnel
Experience attributable to individual professionals.
JV / Consortium
Credentials of a joint venture or consortium structure.
Historical
Project experience attributable to the relevant executing organisation.
Specific credentials are attributable to the relevant contracting or executing entity and are available for verification during prequalification.

Each relationship — direct project engagement, delivery association, consortium participation, vendor relationship, or personnel experience — is attributed to the relevant organisation or project and substantiated through project-specific credentials.
11 · Quality, safety, and environment
Integrated into programme controls
Quality, health and safety, and environmental requirements are integrated into programme controls and delivery planning: approved inspection and test plans, method statements, material testing, hold points, stage inspections, NCR tracking, and closure verification; safety inductions, permit-to-work systems, site audits, incident investigation, and statutory labour compliance; waste management, dust and erosion control, and pollution-control compliance. Where ISO or other management-system certifications are referenced, the credential identifies the certificate-holding entity, scope, and validity.
