02 — RRC PMU
The RRC Programme Management Unit provides a dedicated management and control environment on behalf of the client. A typical mandate covers programme planning, procurement management, design coordination, execution supervision, schedule and progress control, measurement and billing review, cost control, risk management, quality assurance, HSE oversight, management information, and testing, commissioning, and handover. Where RRC is appointed in an independent PMU or PMC capacity, the assurance mandate and any execution roles are contractually separated. This separation is fundamental to the integrity of programme governance.

Client questions
A contractor's project manager works for the contractor. The RRC PMU works for you. We check the contractor's progress claims and bills against what is actually built, and by contract we take no share in the construction we are checking. That independence is the point.
We measure it. Site records are geo-tagged and photographed, daily reports are digital, and bills are certified only against work we have measured. If a dashboard says 62%, there is a record trail behind that number.
