Asked before appointment

We already have a contractor. Why do we need a PMU?

Because right now your contractor reports on itself. An Owner's PMU is your own team on the project: we verify progress, certify bills against measured work, and inspect quality before it gets covered up. The contractor builds; we make sure you know the truth.

How is the PMU's independence protected?

By contract. When RRC is appointed as an independent PMU, the assurance role is contractually separated from any construction role. We cannot mark our own homework, and neither can anyone else on your programme.

What information will we actually see?

Dashboards and reports you can act on: progress, cost, risk, quality, and safety, each traceable to geo-tagged site records. The client sees what the programme sees.
